Then Its Love For Sure…!

When someone’s presence in the life
Makes you feel complete,
When heart speaks a thousand words
A language strange but sweet.

When an amorous glance
Provokes,
Countless dreams asleep,
Mind and soul refurbish
As prevails perennial bliss.

When everything perish
Only love persists
In the heart it lays,
Ensconced deep.

When a mere touch of thy lips
Can make,
Thousand roses sprout
Dancing to the tunes unknown,
Mirthful and proud,
Each offering a kiss
With its scarlet mouth…

When every glance
Rises in you,
A wish to see more & more
Then its love
Yeah! Its love
Then its love for sure.

Strolling In The Dell….!

Strolling in the dell,
One April’s shiny day
I came across a maiden
Solely dressed in gray.

Piled high above the head
Her luscious hairs sheen,
Glistening as a jewel
In the valley green.

Bedecking her face, pink
Those dainty eyes pure
At which I looked and looked again
And wished to see them more.

Holding a twig up to
Her frilly blouse fine
Standing by silently
An old tall pine.

Her florid face and rosy lips
Took all my worries away
I fixed the gaze upon her face
Her beauty made my day.

I moved to her at quickening pace
And as I drew nigh
Back she moved, bit confused
Down the cliff high.

“O Listen! Dear maid, please”
In sheer haste I said
My words dispersed in the wind
She didn’t bend her head.

I stayed there in pensive mood
Frustrated and depressed
Scowling the ugly fate I thought
How much was I unblessed.

Many a hills did I climb
And went down the slope
I thought of her while moon descend
Just to darn the hope.

Never letting it be the past
I was little obstinate
I yearned to snatch her from the blue
And to down the fate.

With every moon’s descent it got
Harder to guard the will
And never yearned defeat came
Near and nearer still.

Memories of that day, so sweet!
Lay fresh in my mind still
Exquisite as daffodils
Real beauty of those hills.

Full them with water so that they rain
And Earth thence quench its thirst,
It’s long been waiting in sheer pain
When’ll these clouds burst.

O’ Mercy put an to this
This cold & withered thing,
So that again we embrace the bliss
Of gleeful bounteous spring.

This pale & withered body cries
Yet no one comes to cure,
Few days of bliss do come nigh
But rest is to deplore.

Spring has gone & autumn rules
Had left everything so pale,
O’ Come on Mercy with thy tools
And bliss this gloomy dale.

So dumb are now skylark & thrush
No chirp we hear, no song
What’ve put them to this hush?
What with their voices wrong?

So dull & drab is life and we
Then have to live it on,
So glum is meadow and the lea
And so lifeless is fawn.

This stagnant water of the brook
Has left nothing to drink,
Thirst has captured every nook
That’s caused the throat to shrink.

Roses, Tulips died in pain
Their death this dale now mourns,
So stark do stand the stalks so plain
With no flowers but thorns.

No breeze blows but mournful surge
That makes an awful sound,
How the hope can now emerge?
When rest is in a swound.

O’ Shed thy Mercy on this vale
So that these dry clouds rain,
May taste then sweetness this gloomy dale
And live it’s life again.
